Personalization Note:

  • The coaster can be engraved with your picture and wording.  (photo engraving only applicable to coaster design 7,8,9 only)  
  • The cup will be labeled with a personalized name made by a water-proof vinyl sticker. 
  • The minimum image size is 800 pixels, maximum is 2880 x 1356 pixels.
  • Please note that the image must be clear and higher resolution. 
  • No email drafts are provided, therefore, kindly enter the text carefully
  • One-side engraving only (Chinese character allowed)
  • All NSJ products are engraved with the NSJ logo and packed in NSJ packaging

Personalization Guideline

  1. Glass Teacup- Limited to 12 English alphabet and numbers only. Each cup can have different names/wording/number.
  2. Coaster - Max 50 letters with an image. Photo engraving is only available for designs 7, 8, and 9. The same design will apply to both coasters.

If you are uploading a photo for the design, kindly refer to the guidelines below for the best engraving result (ps: All portrait photos provided are converted by software to transform it into a sketch effect so that it must be slightly different from the original image. As we do not provide a draft for preview before engraving, if you are worried about the outcome of your product, you can provide us the converted photo in sketch or cartoon version for engraving
