A box containing our 4 Christmas Special Tarts.
1) Merry Berry: Light creamy custard topped with fresh strawberries and fondant flowers on our crispy tart shell.
2) Yuzu Meringue: Sour sweet fresh Yuzu curd on our crispy tart. Topped with soft vanilla cake wrapped beautifully with lightly torched meringue. Resembling a Christmas Tree.
3) Holly Hazelnut: Chocolate sponge cake topped with hazelnut cream and crushed hazelnuts. Layered beautifully on our crispy tart shell.
4) Matcha Wreath Tartlet: Rich matcha custard on our crispy tart with a layer of matcha chocolate ganache. Topped with matcha chantilly.
