TIPS:

  1. Soak and wash before using for the first time (the pads get thick after washing)
  2. Change every 3-4 hours to prevent bacterial contamination.
  3. When using cotton pads, we recommend wearing tight cotton underwear to prevent dislocation & leakage. Seamless/silk underwear may not be suitable during this time as they are loose in nature.

Wash instruction :

  • If you are at home:
  1. Rinse and squeeze out the blood with warm water.
  2. Soak with detergent/laundry powder for a few hours to remove any remaining stains.
  3. Wash with a brush to remove any stubborn stains.
  • If you are outside:
  1. Sprinkle some detergent/laundry powder/baking powder and some water (but not too wet) directly on the pad.
  2. Fold and keep the used pads in a waterproof bag.
  3. When you reach home, soak the pads with detergent/laundry powder overnight.
  4. Wash with a brush to remove any stubborn stains.
