SingaporeIn general i am satisfied with the efficiency in processing the order and the delivery. However, I was surprised to see that the name printed out was in black font when the thermos is black means that we wont be able to see the name, although it was a personalised gift. It was quite embarassing when my friend received it and not able to see the personalisation clearly as its black on black. Your company may want to look into this for future orders....
