Ube or purple yam has a deliciously unique and mild flavor with an intense natural purple hue!
Baked with Gavia Natural sweetener (a blend of Stevia plant extract and Erythritol), cream cheese, almond flour, and eggs.
Suitable for diabetics or those on a ketogenic diet.

For burnt cheesecakes, one of it's main features is that it is baked at a high temperature for a relatively short period of time such that the top and edges are cooked (even burnt, hence the name) while the center remains molten and under-cooked. When the cake is kept chilled in the fridge, the molten center sets and hardens a little making it easier to cut into presentable slices. However, as the cake slowly warms up to room temperature, the center turns back to it's molten state.
