- We strongly recommend only collecting or get the Hot Air balloons delivered on the Actual Day of your event. Our Hot Air Balloons are designed to stay crystal clear and it will last up to a week or a few months under proper care and surroundings. keep away from sharp objects & surfaces and avoid hitting the balloon with blunt force
- Flower Care & maintenance: As fresh flowers flourish under cool conditions, it is advisable to store the flowers in a cool environment. You may also water the flowers gradually and directly into the box (just a little each day!).
Delivery Area:
- Self-Pickup is available in the New Industrial Road area. The full address will be sent upon order confirmation.
- Islandwide delivery except for Tuas Area, Airline Road, Brani Terminal Avenue, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Sakeng Rifle Range, Airport Cargo Road, Jurong Island, Pulau Busing, Pulau Sebarok, St John Island, Alps Avenue, Khusu Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm between Monday to Saturday.
- For Sunday delivery/self-pickup orders need to be placed before 2.30 pm a day before.
- Delivery time is between 10 am - 6 pm. No specific time is allowed.
- Price stated inclusive of delivery fees.
- Should there be a need for a re-delivery, a charge of $20 will be imposed.
