- The type of flowers may vary subject to availability. Should certain flowers be unavailable, we may substitute them with flowers of similar style without prior notice.
- The final product may not resemble the picture as shown. Rest assured that it will still be in your chosen arrangement and colour theme!

Delivery Area:
- Self-Pickup is available in New Industrial Road area. The full address will be sent upon order confirmation.
- Islandwide delivery except for Tuas Area, Airline Road, Brani Terminal Avenue, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Sakeng Rifle Range, Airport Cargo Road, Jurong Island, Pulau Busing, Pulau Sebarok, St John Island, Alps Avenue, Khusu Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm between Monday to Saturday.
- For Sunday delivery/self-pickup orders need to be placed before 2.30 pm a day before.
- Delivery time is between 10 am - 6 pm. No specific time is allowed.
- Price stated inclusive of delivery fees.
- Should there be a need for a re-delivery, a charge of $20 will be imposed.
