  • Please note that the image must be clear and higher resolution. 
  • No email drafts are provided, therefore, kindly enter the text carefully

  • All NSJ products are engraved with the NSJ logo and packed in NSJ packaging

Personalization Guideline

  1. Glass Teacup- Limited to 12 English alphabet and numbers only. Each cup can have different names/wording/numbers.
  2. Coaster - Max 50 letters with an image. Photo engraving is only available for designs 7, 8, and 9. The same design will apply to both coasters.

If you are uploading a photo for the design, kindly refer to the guidelines below for the best engraving result (ps: All portrait photos provided are converted by software to transform it into a sketch effect so that it must be slightly different from the original image. As we do not provide a draft for preview before engraving, if you are worried about the outcome of your product, you can provide us the converted photo in sketch or cartoon version for engraving
