- Preserved flowers cannot be customized (subject to minor changes depending on condition of flowers).
- Avoid placing the lamp near strong sunlight which affects the coloration of the preserved flowers over time.
Care Notes: If cleaning is needed, please be gentle and do not rub the part with the name. Advisable to use a smooth cloth to wipe. Goods sold are NOT refundable.
Customization: Name customization or any other word (up to 9 letters) Paired best with WHITE or GOLD vinyl sticker. The default placement of the name will be at the bottom center. Please indicate in the "additional remark" text box in the shopping cart if you want the placement to be elsewhere.
Packaging: Product comes in a free carrier box as pictured. Please handle with care as the dome is made of glass and is not glued to the base. We will use tape to secure the glass dome to the base for safety during transportation.
Font: Brushstroke font. We will choose the type of brushstroke font to suit the number of characters in the name given and type of gift. No artwork will be given. Do indicate if you want san-serif/non-cursive fonts.
