There are some tips when you use a wooden cup. Please follow the instructions:
1. For the first few times use, please only put warm water or room temperature water or cold water only to let the cup adapt with water. After that, you can use it to put hot coffee.
2. Please avoid putting the cup in the microwave, dishwasher, or oven.
3. We highly recommend you apply a new coating to it every few months. (Walnut oil/linseed oil/mineral oil/beeswax are all good) It will prolong its lifespan.

- The minimum image size is 800 pixels, maximum is 2880 x 1356 pixels.
- Please note that the image must be clear and higher resolution.
- No email drafts are provided, therefore, kindly enter the text carefully
- One-side engraving only (Chinese character allowed)
- The maximum size of the design that can be engraved on the plate is a circle with a diameter of 6.5 cm in the middle
- All NSJ products are engraved with the NSJ logo and packed in NSJ packaging

As we do not provide a draft for preview before engraving, if you are worried about the outcome of your product, you can provide us the converted photo in sketch or cartoon version for engraving
