- The pen is using 5mm black gel pen ink (once ink finished, you can easily find the refill in any stationery shops, as long as the length is compatible. ( preferably: M&G AGR67T12, Pentel #LRN5-A, Pilot BLS-FR5 )
- All NSJ products are engraved with NSJ logo and packed in NSJ packaging.
- Note: Natural bamboo/wood may feature differences in texture, knots, and colour, making it completely unique. These differences will affect the final engraving result as engraving on the bamboo/wood will reveal the inner layer of it. Kindly do not purchase if you cannot accept these natural attributes
- The minimum image size is 800 pixels, maximum is 2880 x 1356 pixels.
- Please note that the image must be clear and higher resolution.
Personalization Guideline:
- For the pen wooden box, limited to 1 image or logo or icon to engrave on the wooden box, personalized wordings engrave allowed on the box max 150 characters. Font type and size will be decided by the vendor (symbol and Chinese character allowed)
- Personalized wordings engrave allowed on the pen body max 24 characters including space. Font type and size will be decided by the vendor (symbol allowed, Chinese character allowed)
- Personalized wordings engrave allowed on the pen cap max 15 characters including space. Font type and size will be decided by the vendor (symbol and Chinese character allowed)
- The size and arrangement of the image engraving will decide by the vendor. (result may vary base on the total wording engraved on the box)
- Personalized image engraving only allowed on the box.
- No email drafts are provided, therefore, kindly enter the text carefully

If you are uploading a photo for the design, kindly refer to the guidelines below for the best engraving result (ps: All portrait photos provided are converted by software to transform it into a sketch effect so that it must be slightly different from the original image. As we do not provide a draft for preview before engraving, if you are worried about the outcome of your product, you can provide us with the converted photo in sketch or cartoon version for engraving)
